Background: A campaign to bring awareness to the benefits of neurodiversity in the workplace for both employers and employees. As part of this campaign, our team created one documentary-style hero video and four social cutdowns featuring real neurodiverse talent.
My role: As part of a small creative team, I helped concept the film, cast the four subjects, art direct on set, work as a client liaison, and produce. I edited the full film as well as the social cutdowns. Two of our influencer talent shared our films with their own audiences organically.
Results: The total engagements for owned content from an organic perspective outperformed industry standards. Our LinkedIn paid media campaign far surpassed industry benchmarks: 5,978,253 Impressions, $10.03 CPM, $1.49 CPC, 0.69% Engagement Rate, 40,351 Engagements
