Vulnerability is the single most source of human connection. So we captured the raw, beautiful reality of neurodiversity in the workplace — and the role Texthelp can has in ensuring everyone has the opportunity to understand and be understood.​

We filmed four interviews in one day — hearing from four different neurodiverse professionals about how their work is impacted, but ultimately made better by their differences.

As part of a small creative team, I helped concept the film, cast the four subjects, art direct on set, work as a client liaison, and produce. I edited the full film as well as the social cutdowns. Two of our influencer talent shared our films with their own audiences organically.

The total engagements for owned content from an organic perspective outperformed industry standards. Our LinkedIn paid media campaign far surpassed industry benchmarks.
